Is there an additional cost for the catamaran tour?
No. This experience is included at no additional cost when you book your stay at Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya during the promotional period. However, please note that the $20 USD port fee per person is not included and must be paid in cash at the port. Lunch is also not included.
How long does the catamaran tour last?
The full experience lasts between 6 and 8 hours, including transportation, sailing, snorkeling, and time in Isla Mujeres.
Do I need to pay any additional fees?
Yes, the port fee is not included ($20 per person) and must be paid directly at the port before boarding. Also, please keep in mind that lunch is not included
Do I need to book the tour in advance?
Yes. This experience must be booked after completing check-in at the hotel. From that moment on, the reservation must be made at least 48 hours in advance. During the arrival process, you will receive all the necessary information to arrange it properly. For this reason, we recommend booking it once your check-in has been completed.
If I decide not to use the tour, can I cancel it, request a refund, or transfer it to someone else?
Cancellation is only available within the timeframes and conditions established by the service provider, W2M / BDX, and therefore does not depend on the hotel. In addition, this experience is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Once confirmed, it is not redeemable for cash, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
