The hotel Concierge and our Spa receptionists will gladly assist you with all the information of Spa services selections needed. We recommend you schedule your Spa Services in advance to ensure availability. Please notify when booking your treatments if you have high or low blood pressure, allergies, physical disabilities, or are pregnant. Coupons and discounts may not be applied to Spa Rituals or Spa Specials. Treatments may be exchanged for others of equal costs; higher-priced services may be substituted by paying the difference.
* Everyone who reserves Spa services (except rituals) 15 days before their arrival will receive a 5% discount on Spa services.
* Everyone who reserves Spa services (except rituals) 30 days before their arrival will receive a 10% discount on Spa services.
* Everyone who reserves Spa services (except rituals) 45 days before their arrival will receive a 15% discount on Spa services.
* Everyone who reserves a Ritual Spa service 30 days before their arrival will receive an additional 5% discount on already discounted

Check-in
We suggest you to arrive 30 minutes prior to you schedule treatment to enjoy the sauna, steam bath, showers and more. Bathrobe and slippers are provided and a locker will be assigned for your convenience.

Recommendations
We suggest you undress to your level of comfort and communicate any concerns to your therapist. Disposable undergarments will be provided for body treatments. Please leave valuables in your guest room safe. The Spa does not assume liability for any lost or forgotten valuables. For your safety, allow at least two hours between your last meal and your Spa treatments, and will not be rendered to any guest under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel or reschedule your Spa appointment, please notify the Spa at least 3 hours in advanced or you will be charged 30% value of the service scheduled. All no-shows are charged 50% value of the
service schedule.
